OK today I am going to tell you how much I enjoy working with Provo Craft. I received the Gypsy for Christmas and have been enjoying it very much. I went to update my gypsy when I attempted to plug it the USB cord to the gypsy the connector on my gypsy broke. I freaked out!!! So I thought I would call Provo Craft to see if there was anything that they could do to help me. With all my cartridges loaded on this gypsy and not having the gypsy less then a year I was in a panic. Well I ended up talking to a really nice, informative customer service person on the phone and since the gypsy was still in the one of purchase they were able to exchange my gypsy and I was able to reload all my cartridges and still get all the free ones I had downloaded during their special when Provo Craft was having when I received my gypsy. Once I mailed in my gypsy and they sent me a new gypsy it all took about one week and I was back in business in my crafting. Thank you Provo Craft for your great customer service and your guarantee on your product.
